Eid Al- Adha is considered to be a very special celebration for Muslims as it entails the pilgrimage season and highlights the importance of submission of one self to God Almighty. It reminds us to be grateful for all God's blessings and graces that He mercifully showered on us.

Also it is a time for bonding families, visiting distant relatives that we usually get no chance to talk to due to our fast paced modern life.

Moreover, it is the season for charity and giving away to the poor to bridge the wide gap between the rich and the poor and strengthen the social fabric of the society.
