For Muslims, Hajj is a re-enactment of journeys of Prophet Abraham and his family during his life. Every year Muslims from different parts of the world travel to Makkah to walk in Prophet Abraham's footsteps.

Muslims view Hajj as a reminder that life on this earth is more like a journey that will eventually end to a final abode.
